At Forge Design, we strive to deliver your purchase with excellent service and flexibility, every time.
Our delivery service is more than just the safe transport of your purchase, it’s a commitment to your satisfaction. We offer a complete service designed to manage every detail and provide you with a seamless experience.
We want to ship your order as soon as possible, on a day that’s convenient for you.
For your convenience, all items in an order will be shipped together and we will provide you with an estimated delivery time when you place your order.
Once this shipment has arrived at the local terminal nearest you, the carrier will call you directly to schedule delivery to your home or business.
On delivery, please be available to accept the shipment for a scheduled period of 4 hours.
If the shipment is made with UPS or a small parcel carrier, delivery will be made according to tracking details rather than in direct coordination with you.
Visually inspect the packaging and be sure to note any problems with your signature on the delivery documents.
There may be additional costs for adding to your order after it has been prepared for shipment, for evening or weekend delivery, and depending on your region, weekend delivery may not always be available.
If you have chosen the collection option for your order, we ask you to wait for a confirmation call from the warehouse before collecting your order.
Although the vast majority of our orders arrive within the times indicated, shipping times can only be best estimates due to multiple variables in transit.
Forge Design is not responsible for any loss, damage, costs or expenses related to any delay in shipment or delivery, and we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Customer pick-up
We offer a free pick-up option from our warehouse in Saint-Isidore.
Although the lead time is generally shorter for this option, please note that orders will not be ready for collection on the same day and you will be informed directly once your order has been prepared.
The full warehouse address, contact details and collection availability will be provided in the same e-mail.
Orders can only be held for collection for 15 calendar days, so please let us know if you need more time.
If a third party is picking up your order, please inform us in advance and make sure they bring photo ID, otherwise our team may refuse the pickup.
We recommend bringing a larger vehicle and a friend to help you carry the order, as our warehouse team will not be able to help with loading.
Forge Design is not responsible for any loss, shipping damage, cost or expense once the warehouse transfers possession of the order to the customer or the customer’s designated party.
If you are planning a return, please ask to keep the original packaging.
Custom order policy
Full payment is required for custom orders. Once production has begun, all production costs have been incurred, so a cancellation is no longer possible, and the custom order cannot be refunded.
Production and delivery times are estimates only. In the unlikely event that a custom order exceeds 26 weeks from the date of deposit, the customer has the right to cancel the custom order and obtain a full refund or the deposit.
Once a custom order has been submitted, there is no guarantee that it can be modified. Fees may apply for approval of production changes.
Your credit card will automatically be charged for pending payments in accordance with our Store Policy, including but not limited to late invoices and surcharges.
Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded on the basis of buyer’s remorse.
If the customer is unable to take delivery of the order item within 15 days of contact indicating that the items are ready for shipment, the customer will be charged a warehouse storage fee.
Order status
You can log in to your customer account to view order history, print receipts and retrieve tracking information and order details.
Sales tax
For purchases in the United States and Canada, the state, province or territory of destination will determine the sales tax applied to your order.
Promo Codes, Coupons and In-Store Credit
Discount codes and vouchers are strictly limited to one per order. The exchange program discount cannot be applied in addition to promo codes.
Store credit cannot be applied to the order from which it is generated and cannot be applied retroactively to a previous order.
A voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of receipt.
A voucher can only be used on selected furniture items for a future order and, under no circumstances, can the voucher be applied retroactively to an order.
Vouchers are calculated from the order subtotal before delivery charges and applicable taxes and after discounts.
Vouchers are valid for one use only and are not reinstated in the event of a cancelled order.
If the entire value of the voucher is not used, the remaining balance is considered to be zero. If an order containing a voucher is cancelled, returned or refunded, the voucher is considered void.
The value of the voucher is an active balance and will be recalculated if discounts or credits are applied to the order, including post-delivery discounts for compensation or claims purposes.
If a discount code or voucher is missing from an order already placed, we must be informed within 72 hours or the discount code/voucher cannot be added/adjusted.
Discount codes do not apply to part(s) or partial orders.
Product order
Although we make every effort to fulfill all orders, Forge Design cannot guarantee the availability of any particular product displayed on this site.

reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any product listed on this site at any time without notice.
Our goal is to provide accuracy in all prices, shipping rates, and other information.
All online prices are subject to all applicable taxes in accordance with state and local laws.
Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change.
There may be errors in the prices, descriptions, or images of some products, and we reserve the right to restrict or cancel orders for any item for any reason and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted and accepted).
